While on-site, we were approached by Marcel LeBrun, the visionary behind the project, with an exciting challenge: constructing the 12 Neighbours Social Enterprise Centre—a 60×140-foot hub designed to empower the community with resources, opportunities, and connections.

Taking on this large-scale commercial project was an honour and a new milestone for our team. From reviewing plans to beginning construction, we poured our energy, skill, and passion into every detail. The Social Enterprise Centre became a testament to what collaboration and purpose-driven building can achieve.

As the project progressed, we were entrusted with even more responsibility: completing the interior finishes. From cabinetry to countertops, tables, and benches, our team worked tirelessly to bring the vision to life. One standout element of this project was the creation of the Neighbourly Café, a vibrant meeting place for neighbours and the public to connect, enjoy quality food and coffee, and build relationships.
